The manual was developed in accordance with the Federal State Educational Standard SPE for the specialty 23.02.01 Organization of transportation and management of transport (by type), approved by the Order of the Ministry of Education and Science No. 376 of 22.04.2014, and the approximate program of the professional module PM 02 Organization of service in transport (by type of transport) for the specialty 23.02.01 Organization of transportation and management of transport (by type) (for railway transport). The manual contains tasks that cover all the topics of the approximate program of MDK 02.02 Organization of passenger transportation and passenger service (by mode of transport) with an indication of the time spent on completing the task, determined in a practical way, from observing the performance of such tasks by students with various degrees of training. Tasks contain guidelines for their implementation and links to information sources.
